Innovate by a constant urge to search for more efficient ways to develop the logistics chain. This approach has been passed on within our family business for several generations. It is deeply rooted in the culture and core values of Gam Bakker. It is our job to propagate these core values and pass them on to the new generations, so that they too have a future.

The urge to innovate and to offer our services more efficiently, creates a working environment that accelerates the energy transition and makes it viable. Working more efficiently results in fewer emissions by removing unnecessary (empty) kilometers from the chain. This approach results in cost savings through efficiency, resulting in a more sustainable logistics chain.

To realize a successful energy transition, the sector has to go back to the drawing board. With the new sustainable solutions such as driving on hydrogen, LNG or electricity, the logistics chain will minimize emissions. In order to accelerate this process, the structure of the existing logistics chain must be redefined, in order to subsequently organize the chain as efficiently as possible. In this way we reduce emissions in the short and medium period (1 – 5 years) and make the transition to alternative fuels feasible.
